Playable character Jun Kazama is making a comeback in Tekken 8 gameplay.

Most of the fighters confirmed for Tekken 8 so far have been part of many games in the series, but the upcoming entry also includes one we haven’t seen playable in a main game in 27 years (I’m getting old).

Yep. Today’s gameplay trailer reveals that Jun Kazama will return as a playable character in Tekken 8 after debuting in Tekken 2 and being part of the roster of the Tekken Tag Tournament games. Although we’re not told anything about how or why she’s returned, the fact that she Christmases up Jin Kazama, her son, in the gameplay makes it seem like this is still an absurd family.
