The practice doesn’t stop there. Thiem runs again at 6 p.m. And at 7 p.m. he finished his training for the day.

Thiem’s ​​training routine is one of the high-intensity training routines on the ATP tour. Looking at his everyday life, he spends a large part of his time playing tennis and fitness. Thiem loves to train hard and he himself has said that he stays tired all year round, but admits that it was worth it.

“I do a pretty tough routine – even twice a day. When I’m in the tournament I cut it down a bit. My routine is very intense, but these are normal exercises that many people probably do too – lots of strength training, speed, and a little bit of endurance with a lot of core work. Thiem said.
