Seminole, ⁤FL – November⁣ 21,⁣ 2023 – Canal Industrial Park, a multi-tenant warehouse property at 10830 Canal St.,Seminole,has been sold for $1.725 million, closing on November 14th. The transaction ⁣reflects continued investor⁢ interest in strategically located‍ industrial assets within​ the Tampa Bay area.

The 0.88-acre property, comprising two metal structures ⁤built in 1984 and 1986, offers 16,000 square ⁣feet of heated space divided into units ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet.
