Importantly, this is not a proposal directly from Law and Justice. Sachajko and five deputies – according to our information – could join PiS, Solidarna Polska, the Alliance or create their own circle – it does not matter much for the authorities. There is one condition – they are to support the ruling majority.
For some time now, the ruling party would like to see an MP from the Lublin region at home. The proposal to become the minister of agriculture is the most attractive so far, and Sachajko himself would get real power. When asked about this matter by Interia, he keeps his mouth shut.

He emphasizes that “so far” he has not talked to PiS about details, especially about “attracting” five members of the Polish Coalition.

This is not the first time that MP Kukiz’15 has received a proposal from the United Right. The last one was held in May, when the portfolio of the deputy minister of agriculture was involved. Then he said to Interia this: Since 2016, attempts to get me to the party of power have been repeated regularly. Stalking was also done at the beginning of this term. I will not take advantage of it, because I can see what is happening with the deputies who have moved from Kukiz’15 to PiS. They just don’t exist, they are anonymous, and they don’t deliver on the promises made to voters.
He added that “he does not need a limousine of a director or a deputy minister”.
Meanwhile, it is still unknown which ministries will remain after the reconstruction. There are many indications that the Ministry of Agriculture is reserved for Sachajka. If he does not agree or fails to attract five other MPs, the ministry could be linked to two others – climate and environment.
