As the portal specifies “Chinese car”, we are talking about a crossover, which should go on sale under the name First Love. The first car, most likely, was assembled at a Russian enterprise for certification in our country. There is no official confirmation of this information yet.

The car is positioned as a replacement for the H2. In China, this model has already gone on sale under the name Chulian. The front-wheel drive crossover is built on the Lemon platform. On the local market, the car is equipped with an uncontested 1.5-liter turbo four. The power of the unit is 159 horsepower. The engine works in conjunction with a seven-speed “robot”.

Earlier it became known that the Chinese company Haval plans in the next three years withdraw five new cars on the Russian market. The Chinese hope that these cars should help Haval become the number one SUV brand in Russia. At the same time, it was not specified what cars the company plans to bring to Russia.

At the moment, the Russian company Haval in the Tula region produces the H5 and H9 SUVs, as well as the F7 crossover and its coupe version of the F7x. In 2018, Great Wall announced its intention to bring WEY brand cars to the Russian market in 2020, but this never happened.

According to the Association of European Businesses (AEB), in 2020 Haval sold 17,381 vehicles on the Russian market. This figure is 41% more than in 2019. Then the Russians bought 12,284 cars of the Chinese brand.
