Norwegian films and series have been several times noticed outside national borders.
This time it was the series “Made in Oslo” that received international recognition.
The billionaire’s daughter appeared in Cannes
The Viaplay series was nominated for three categories at this year’s Golden Nymph Awards in Monte Carlo, Monaco: best series, best creation and best female actress.
Thus, the protagonist took Pia Tjelta (44) the trip down to the principality and the Grimaldi Forum, where not only the series attracted attention.

Compared to Audrey Hepburn
During the festival, which kicked off last week, the actor and style icon showed off several outfits. Among other things, a floor-length black dress with feathers on the chest, from the brand New Arrivals.
For the dress, the star wore silver shoes, silver earrings, matching silver bag and sunglasses.
On Instagram, the actor has tagged stylist and ELLE editor Petra Middelthon, who has helped the star with styling on several occasions.
Dagbladet has been in contact with Pia Tjelta, who does not want to comment on the case.
Confirms relationship with colleague
Tjelta, who has shared several photos of the outfit on Instagram, received praise for the clothing choice in Monaco.
“Audrey Hepburn”, writes “Skal vi danse” judge, Merete Mørk Lindgjærde (60), followed by an emoji with heart eyes.

«A hundred times wow !! You radiate “, says another follower.
On the blue carpet a few days later, the choice had fallen on a white floor-length dress with puffer sleeves. Of accessories, Tjelta wore a black bag with glitter details, as well as simple earrings and rings.
Tjelta has apparently received a helping stylist hand from French Justine Bleicher, which she has tagged on an Instagram photo of the outfit. Bleicher has previously styled actress Phoebe Tonkin (32).
According to the star’s Instagram, the dress is signed Solace London, and the bag is from Roger Vivier.
Arouses attention abroad
Tjelta is also praised for this outfit on Instagram.
“Style goals!”, Writes the American-Mexican actress Stephanie Sigman (35) under the picture.
“Looks like a million,” says comedian Trine Lise Olsen (46).

“Movie Star Uniform”
Fashion rhetorician at OsloMet, Pia Henriksen, was also impressed by Tjelta’s look.
– Is not it illegal?
– Movie star with a big F. The style, silhouette and colors play on the visual expectations we have for a classic movie star look, ala Audrey Hepburn and Grace Kelly, on the Riviera in the fifties and sixties, Henriksen tells Dagbladet.
–
The fashion rhetorician believes the actor’s style points back to elegant, old glamor in true French luxury. In addition, she describes the outfits as a “movie star uniform”.
Not always known she is royal
The fashion historian believes the outfits are both gorgeous and safe, and says the “Made in Oslo” star slipped into the role as both glamorous and magical during the festival.
– I also think that the one with feathers is meant for a non-Norwegian audience.
Royal favorite
The actor is also described as a trendsetter by Henriksen.
In addition to being an actress, Tjelta can also write designs on her CV, and her designs have been observed on several Norwegian stars.
The brand has also received the favorite stamp of our royals, and has been worn by both Crown Princess Mette-Marit (48) and Princess Ingrid Alexandra (18).
