On the night of final Friday, August 12, the 4th Worldwide Operetta Festival took put on the Ikšķile stage with a superb Gala live performance, welcomed by the stormy audience with a standing ovation. The organizers of the festival are satisfied to say that all the pageant events have been pretty well followed, they have been given appreciation and standing ovations from the public and the artists have constantly been questioned for extras. It was mentioned that the pageant was preferred by equally area audiences and spectators from unique nations around the world, together with the United states of america, Japan, Germany.
The live performance, which highlighted the most lovely pieces of planet-famed musicals, operettas and operas, was attended by the soloists of the Countrywide Educational Operetta Theater of Kiev Olena Arbuzova (soprano), Valeria Tulis (soprano), Mariana Bodnar (soprano) , who changed a sick colleague: singer Anta Jankovski, Volodymir Odrinsky (tenor), Oleksandr Chuvpilo (tenor) each the soloists of the Operetta Theater – our opera diva Sonora Vaice (soprano), Jolanta Strikaite (soprano), Ilona Bagele (mezzo-soprano) and Nauris Indzeris (baritone), and the dancers of the Opera Dwelling and the symphony orchestra led by conductor Atvaras Lakstīgalas. At the conclude of the evening the conventional “Night of the waltz” took location, where everyone could indulge in the call of Johann Strauss’ waltzes and polkas.
The opening live performance “VIVAT!” Was also held as aspect of the festival. with the participation of the young Latvian expertise Rūta Martinova (soprano), Patricija Kozlovska (soprano), Dāvid Lokas (tenor), Marisa Lakstīgala (voice), Henrija Kozlovska (clarinet), Aneta Duntava (flute), etc., an party intended for children for young children «3D musical superheroes» with the participation of Laura Purenas, Kārlis Rütenthals, Markus Rütenthals, Adam Vaičs, etc., as well as “Musical discussion in excess of a cup of espresso” – the place it was possible not only to appreciate a musical journey as a result of different nations of the world, but also to fulfill and speak closely with artists.
