The sound engineer and co-author of the arrangements is Arnis Račinskis, the bass guitar was recorded by Gustavs Erenpreiss, and the sound was post-processed, produced and mastered by Gatis Zaķis.

The album was composed of well-known Latvian musicians – Miķelis Putniņš (guitars, synthesizers, voice), Kārlis Josts (bass), Rūdolfs Dankfelds (percussion), as well as Matīss Čudars (guitar). In the recording, Jānis Šipkēvics’ voice is complemented by a strong trio of singers – Aminata, Kristīne Pāže and Ūga. String arrangements were created by Andris Sējāns. String group – Līva Plociņa Janova, Marta Madara Gaile, Ineta Abakuka, Madara Norbūte.

Jānis Špkēvics also announced his birthday concert “Shipsea. Enlighten Me ”, which will take place on August 30 and 31, in the Great Hall of the Daile Theater. The concert program will feature songs from the new album.

The program of the concert is created by combining the experience of Jānis Šipkēvics in the field of academic music, experimental and popular music. The musician is pleased that these artistic ideas will be realized right on the big stage of the Daile Theater, because together with the lighting games of the lighting artist Oskars Pauliņš and the technical possibilities of the big stage of the Daile Theater, listeners will have the opportunity to enjoy a charming, unforgettable holiday.

And this day is made even more special by a new music video made for the song “Service Novel” by Jānis Šipkēvics and Kristīne Pāžes.
