The 69-year-old singer and Orianne have been at odds since Phil found out earlier this year that she had unexpectedly remarried. He demanded that his ex leave his home in Miami where she still lived. Orianne refuses to leave the house and also demands a large sum of money from the singer.

Orianne is Phil’s third wife. The couple was married from 1999 to 2008 and they have two children together. In 2016 they got back together and there were even plans to get married again.
