The British newspaper The Guardian writes that the NHS, the British health service, hospitals informed of the upcoming release of vaccines developed and manufactured by Pfizer / BioNTech.
Not ‘our’ vaccine
This is a different vaccine than the variant of which our country has ordered more than 11.8 million doses. You can see how the different vaccines work in this video:

British hospitals have been asked to prepare for the administration of the vaccines. The first doses may arrive on December 7. According to the NHS, vaccinations could then start a few days later.

Medical personnel will be the first to be considered for administration. Residents of 80 years and older and staff of the care institutions would then be next.
Distribution in VS
In the United States, the first phase of vaccine distribution would now have begun. The Wall Street Journal reports that United is used for this. Vaccine producer Pfizer declines to comment on United’s role in the plan.
The vaccine is still pending authorization and approval for use by most nationwide drug watchdogs. The United States expects to vaccinate the first Americans in the course of December.
