In some of the working points the generators are not working and there is no water supply. The deputy said these problems could be resolved within days and warned of upcoming blackouts in Ukraine.

People’s deputies on Saturday November 26 inspected Kiev’s “Invisibility Points” and found that about 20 percent of them were out of order. About this broadcast on the All-Ukrainian telethon declared People’s Deputy David Arakhamia.

According to the MP, he and his colleagues have received many complaints from residents of the capital that a number of points where, in the event of a power outage, heating, communications and other communications, you can find everything you need need, they are closed. Arakhamia added that he and his colleagues have visited 530 of these outlets and “somewhere around 20% of these outlets are closed altogether, nobody is there.”

“Although at night everyone was warned that the deputies would go to inspect. We saw that there were strange movements. Somewhere there are three generators and they are not connected, somewhere there is no water and so on. Now we have compiled a big list, we are helping, connecting businesses, volunteers. Of course, we will lobby and work with local authorities to update this issue and resolve all these issues within 2-3 days,” the politician said.

At the same time, Arakhamia praised the Ukrzaliznytsia company, which equipped the Invisibility Fortress at the capital’s station.

“They started preparing in August. They have everything you could want here: pot-bellied stoves, hot tea, the Internet, children’s rooms and carriages … Even if there is an air-raid alarm and you urgently need to leave this place, there it is a specially equipped underground shelter. This should be taken as an example,” he said.

The people’s deputy also urged Ukrainians to prepare for more blackouts, saying the Russian military was preparing to launch new attacks on energy infrastructure next week, which he said would be followed by “new blackouts”.

Recall, on November 22, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this throughout Ukraine 4 thousand so-called “invincibility points” deployed with free access to electricity and water for people to use during long blackouts.

And today the head of state warned that if Ukrainians increase electricity consumption tonight, we should expect more frequent power outages in the country.
