Actress Olga Zuiderhoek is infected with the coronavirus, she says in a video call with Paul de Leeuw. She fell ill on March 19, but is now recovering.
The 73-year-old actress tells De Leeuw that she has had a high fever for days and also coughed a lot. “Fortunately, I was not short of breath,” said Zuiderhoek.
“My doctor said, ‘You can get out on your own,'” said the actress. “That’s because I’ve always been active. I quit drinking and haven’t smoked for a long time.”
Zuiderhoek is annoyed that “everything takes six times longer than with a normal flu”.
Zuiderhoek became known for her roles in films and series such as Turkish fruit, Abel and Penoza.
