Investigators revealed how many of these subjects exchange information in some forums on the web, also giving advice on how to make children comfortable
The international crime network had its epicenter in the German-speaking regions. According to the investigators, pedophiles, who after the abuse put videos of their violence on the internet, encouraged each other in chats. Up to now, 72 suspects have been identified in the case of the network discovered since Bergisch Gladbach.
The investigation began in October with an arrest in Bergisch Gladbach, near Cologne. A 27-year-old soldier was arrested in May. “I had never remotely suspected this dimension of the network abuse phenomenon. We have to admit that these crimes are much more widespread than we imagined,” said the Land Minister of Justice.
