The Lynx RH firm, specialized in payroll professions, is recruiting for its client, an accounting firm located near Dijon, a experienced payroll manager (H/F).
Within a team of 4 people and in direct contact with the payroll manager, you will have several missions related to the management of your customer portfolio.
You manage a portfolio of clients for which you provide administrative follow-up relating to personnel management, from the employee’s entry into the company (hiring declarations, employment contracts) to his exit (certificates, balance of any account ). You check and enter the variable payroll elements (vacation, absences, bonuses, etc.) then establish the pay slips. You are also responsible for social declarations and make sure to regularly update your knowledge of social and contractual legislation.
Your missions also include current advice on social legislation: collective agreements, termination of the employment contract, hiring assistance, etc.

You have a higher education (accounting, payroll, social law, etc.), with payroll knowledge ideally acquired in an accounting firm and you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar function.
