Paul pogba got scorn from Wolverhampton Wanderers fans after Manchester United’s victory. Pogba is said to be cheating. But he replied in an unexpected way.
Last weekend the Red Devils came home from Wolves with a 1-0 win thanks to a goal from Mason Greenwood. But there is controversy that accompanies it.
Before the goal was born, there were those who thought that Pogba had already violated Ruben Neves when they were fighting for the ball.
As a result of the struggle for the ball at that time, Neves had fallen down with a look of pain, but referee Mike Dean and VAR did not consider it a violation.
Well, Wolves fans were still inflamed until the final whistle sounded. As revealed by Samuel Luckhurst of the Manchester Evening News, the home team’s fans voiced their disappointment by voicing chant ‘cheat, cheat, cheat‘ when Pogba want to leave the playing field.
Interestingly, Paul Pogba responded to the ‘cheat’ sneer by removing the jersey he was wearing and giving it to Wolves supporters. Sportbible said that his actions immediately got applause from the fans – who before that sneered at him.
After the match itself, Paul pogba also insisted there was no foul on Ruben Neves in the process of the Manchester United goal.
“I didn’t touch him. This is the Premier League, it’s 50-50, every weekend it happens,” Pogba told Sky Sports after the game. “We won the ball and we scored the goal.”
