No agreement was found between the CHC and the CHR. The Inami had to decide and sided with the CHR, the historical regulator of the muco convention. On April 1, 70 patients with cystic fibrosis at CHC MontLégia will be treated in one of the 7 other sites approved by Inami. Patients will have to separate from the medical staff who have supervised them since the onset of their illness.

Dince 2003, the CHR de la Citadelle and CHC MontLégia have been working together to provide care for patients with cystic fibrosis. The condition for a hospital to be able to create a Reference Center was to have a minimum of 50 patients with cystic fibrosis. To reach this threshold, the CHR has united with the CHC. In February 2020, following a change in the coordination staff at the CHR Center, the CHR group decided to break the partnership that united them to the CHC. Inami then decided to support their direct collaborator, the CHR and no longer agree to the CHC.
