Pastor Uwe Hartmann, team pastor in the pastoral area of Kitzingen and pilgrimage pastor in Dettelbach, died suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 54 on Friday, August 5th. This is reported by the press office of the Würzburg professorship (POW). Uwe Hartmann was on his way back from vacation in Tyrol when he suffered a heart attack. Hartmann was born in Faulbach in 1968. After attending the secondary school in Miltenberg, he completed an apprenticeship at the tax office and then worked for two years in the profession he learned. From 1988 to 1992 he obtained his Abitur at the Theresianum in Bamberg.
