(CNN Spanish) – The Minister of Public Health announced Tuesday that the patient residing in Paraguay reported his symptoms to the authorities after having traveled to China from January 13 to 23.
The person is isolated at home and the samples taken will be sent to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, United States, said Minister Julio Mazzoleni.

The results will be known in approximately seven days, Mazzoleni said.
The minister said there were 35 people under surveillance, but 13 were already ruled out of coronavirus and another 22 are still under observation for having been in China, but so far, none has symptoms
