Panasonic brings Disney+ app to TVs from 2017 – Picture and sound – News

Well, 1 thing is wrong. For most people who have bought a panasonic a TV since 2017, this is an extra because all of Disney+ did not even exist yet. That Panasonic is quite late compared to others okay, but when you buy a TV can you expect an app for a service that does not yet exist?
In any case, if you think apps are important, it is better to go for an android-like media player such as the Shield.

I myself have a Samsung TV from 2018 that had an app from the start of Disney+, but the RTL-XL app has suddenly been phased out again. I think the latter is worse. You buy a TV with available apps, three years later they stop… that’s something different than a TV that’s 3 years old, where an app for a certain service is only now available, when you bought the TV that app wasn’t there (and for most not even very Disney+).
