Panamanian police arrest Ecuadorian for assault in opposition to prosecutor

The Panamanian authorities arrested this Thursday the Ecuadorian Julio Alberto Martínez, alias “Negro Tulio”, allegedly concerned within the homicide of “dozens of law enforcement officials” and two prosecutors in Ecuador, the director of the Panama Police, John Dornheim, reported this Thursday.
