Ozan Çukuroğlu, who lives with his family in Bayır Mahallesi of Seydikemer, started to hail while sitting in the garden. Finding Çukuroğlu still under the tree, the family reported to the health teams.
The medical teams who came to the scene determined that Ozan Çukuroğlu had lost his life. The corpse of Çukuroğlu, who was estimated to have died as a result of the lightning strike, was removed to the morgue of Muğla Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
