Orlando Bloom helps Ukrainian refugees in Moldova (photo) — UNIAN

The star of “Pirates of the Caribbean” and “Lord of the Rings” supports Ukraine and asks for help for Ukrainians.

The well-known British actor, the star of the film “Pirates of the Caribbean” Orlando Bloom, is in Moldova as part of the UNICEF program, where he supports and helps Ukrainian families who were forced to become refugees due to full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.

UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Bloom announced this in his Instagram.

“With the outbreak of war in Ukraine, almost every second a child becomes a refugee. I am in Moldova with UNICEF, meeting with families who were forced to leave everything in search of safety,” the actor wrote.

It should be noted that Moldova accepted and sheltered almost 400 thousand refugees from Ukraine.

The actor, he called on other people to provide all possible assistance to Ukrainian children.

“Children in Ukraine and beyond need all the help you can provide,” Bloom said.
