Haitham Orabi, former manager of the Contracting Committee in Al-Ahly Club, sent a message to the current team player Ahmed Fathi after his decision to leave Pyramids after the end of the current season.
Orabi said in comments on “On Time Sports 1” screen in the early hours of Monday morning: “No one can deny the history of what Ahmed Fathi has accomplished, but do you need money during the next season or two seasons?”
He added: “You had to think about the future, I do not like the bidding, I blame Ahmed Fathi because he was not frank from the first day like Sharif Ekrami, who announced his position some time ago and everyone praised him.”
He continued: “Ahmad Fathi after his return to Al-Ahli the second time was financially appreciated, and is there a player in the generation of Muhammad Abu Trika or Barakat and did not receive funds as a result of the tournaments that were achieved during this period?”
Haitham Orabi ended his statements: “Actually, during my work in Al-Ahly, Ahmed Fathi did not complain about material matters, and Al-Ahly did not fail with him. I do not know what happened next.”
Ahmed Fathi recently announced his departure from Al-Ahly after the end of his contract this season, as the “Joker” signed his contract to transfer to Pyramids for a period of three years starting from next season.
