The OPPO Watch smartwatch has received another certification from a different area than China – the watch is expected to appear in the United States and will soon be able to reach Europe. Is OPPO Watch a smartwatch worth buying?
During the premiere OPPO Watch, i.e. the first watch under the OPPO sign, we could not be sure that it will also go to global sales. Now, when the model receives further foreign certifications, we can be basically convinced of this.
OPPO Watch has just received the certification of the American FCC commission and in addition to the US it will eventually appear in Europe – hopefully it means full distribution in Poland.
The Apple Watch competitor is coming
We don’t know how much OPPO Watch can cost in Europe, but we know its Chinese values. In the 41 mm version, the watch costs PLN 845 net, and in the 46 mm variant up to PLN 1125 net. So it’s not cheap, but OPPO has never been considered a budget brand.

The Chinese have constructed the OPPO Watch to compete with the Apple Watch, which is the undisputed king of watches – this is also confirmed by the results of sales of smartwatches around the world. Since Apple is highly valued, OPPO, if it wants to fight it, must do the same.
European OPPO Watch prices will surely increase by several hundred zlotys, so in the end I’m not sure of its rapid success. In the end, OPPO modeled heavily on Apple and copied many features of the Apple Watch, and did not lower prices.

OPPO Watch does not have richer functions than an Apple watch, and at the same time it can cost very similar money. In this situation, the choice is obvious and most maniaKów would prefer to buy a smartwatch from America – especially since it supports synchronization with iPhones, which are much more popular than OPPO phones.
