Merdeka.com – OPPO is preparing a new device in early 2023. The device has been registered on the postal certification site with certificate number 86271/SDPPI/2022. This new device is registered with the OPPO model CPH2481. Meanwhile on the website owned by the Ministry of Industry, the same device has been certified since October 5, 2022 and obtained a TKDN value of 35.79%.
From the Ministry of Industry’s P3DN website, it can be seen that the OPPO code CPH2481 device will carry a 4G network. It is estimated that the device will be the successor to the Reno8 series that was introduced last year. Moreover, if you look at OPPO’s previous habits, usually at the end of the quarter or the beginning of the quarter OPPO always launches new devices in Indonesia, especially for the Reno series line. Unfortunately, until now there has been no definite information on the selling name of this OPPO CPH2481 device for the Indonesian market.
The Reno series line is OPPO’s mid-range device which managed to contribute quite a high number in each market share report at the end of the quarter. The key to controlling market share is in the combination of the three main things in the Reno series line.
In his statement, Thursday (19/1), these three things are on the camera side which is presented with the development of artificial intelligence, device design that is getting closer to the design of flagship class devices and performance which is increasingly improved with each new launch of the Reno series line.

Apart from the OPPO CPH2481 device, the two government sites also recorded devices with almost the same code as OPPO CPH2483. The difference is, when traced through the P3DN website, this device carries 5G network technology. With almost the same code, it is estimated that OPPO will introduce these two devices as a new line of smartphone series in Indonesia.
