Opinions on some proposals of Mayor Eric Adams

During the State of the City address, Mayor Eric Adams announced that curbside composting will be extended to all five boroughs by the end of 2024.

In addition, he indicated that the electric vehicles of Uber and Lyft is another of the proposals that Adams presented this Thursday.

On these two current issues, Juan Manuel Benítez, presenter of Pura Política, spoke with the vice president of the Municipal Council Diana Ayala.

The City has published the following program start schedule in each county:

Queens: March 27, 2023

Brooklyn: October 2, 2023

Bronx y Staten Island: March 25, 2024

Manhattan: October 7, 2024

On the website of the Department of Sanitation of the city of New York you can find the places to deposit the compost, as well as the hours of operation.
