OPA FRIEDKIN AS ROMA – The Friedkin family’s delisting process continues through the proposal launched in mid-June. As reported by Borsaitaliana.it, as part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian sponsored by Romulus and Remus Investments LLC on the shares of A.S. Romathey arrived 1.654.360 requests for membership, which therefore, in total become 8.384.544pari al 13,32% of the offer which, which began on 13 June, will end on 8 July. Please note that the ordinary shares of AS Roma purchased on the market on 7 and 8 July 2022 will not be able to be contributed in acceptance of the offer. The new percentage reached is 91.32% of the offer: to proceed with the delisting it is necessary to reach 95% of the shares.
