OnePlus is struggling with a shortage of parts for the OnePlus 8 Pro. The phone will therefore be available in Europe in the near future, writes the smartphone maker website.
The OnePlus 8 Pro was released in mid-April. According to the manufacturer, the initial demand for the OnePlus 8 Pro was “huge” and the original stock was quickly depleted. “We are now struggling with inventory issues and would like to express our regrets to everyone who has been waiting to purchase the device,” said OnePlus.
It is not known which parts there is currently a shortage, but according to the manufacturer, it may take a while before the phone is back in stock. “The manufacturing world is pretty brutal when it comes to the supply of parts. The delivery of some components takes weeks,” the company said.
The OnePlus 8 Pro is therefore less available in the near future. As an interim solution, the telephone manufacturer makes a limited stock of telephones available for sale on a fixed day every week.
