One weekend, three weddings!

Love, gold and diamonds! It was an emotional weekend in the town of Saint-Paul. Spouses LARIVE, BOYER and TARACONAT made the beginning of January 2022 shine with gold and diamonds.

On Saturday January 8, 2022, the LARIVE couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. Residents of Bois-de-Nèfles in Saint-Paul, it was the elected officials, Yann CRIGHTON and Marie-Annick FLORIANT, who honored the 50 years of marriage of Jean-Yves LARIVE, aged 72, and Marie-Josette LARIVE aged 71 years old. Their love story begins when they first meet in Saint-Paul, on the return of Jean-Yves LARIVE’s army. It is quite naturally that the couple later married on January 7, 1972, at the Town Hall of Bois-de-Nèfles and founded a family made up of 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

On Sunday January 9, 2022, the BOYER and TARACONAT couples celebrated love with a capital A, with golden weddings for the BOYER spouses and diamond weddings for the TARACONAT spouses.

It was in Saint-Gilles-les-Hauts that Louis Benoît BOYER, aged 72, and Anne-Bernadette BOYER, aged 76, celebrated their 50th anniversary, in the presence of the elected Jean-Noël JEAN- BAPTIST. The story of the union of the BOYER family began at Rivière des Pluies and it owes it to the cousin of Louis Benoît BOYER’s dad. It was then that on January 4, 1972, at the town hall and the church of La Rivière des Pluies, the BOYERS married and had 3 children, 7 grandchildren and a 1 great-grandchild.

For the TARACONAT spouses, it was Dieudonné TARACONAT, aged 87, and Marie-Arlette TARACONAT, aged 81, who had the pleasure of making their union shine, on the occasion of their diamond wedding anniversary, in the basin of life of Guillaume, with the elected Pascaline CHÉREAU-NÉMAZINE. For them, everything had started at the workplace of Dieudonné TARACONAT, who was working at the time, for the parents of Marie-Arlette TARACONAT, after this obvious meeting, they were married on January 9, 1962, at the town hall annex of the Guillaume. Then follows, a large family made up of 11 children, 32 grandchildren, as well as 3 great-grandchildren.

The City of Saint-Paul wishes these couples a lot of happiness for this new year that is beginning!
