ONE NOTE AT A TIME

The January 28 at 7 p.m., on the occasion of the Bell Let’s Talk Day, Canal Vie will broadcast the documentary MENTAL HEALTH: ONE NOTE AT A TIME, with the participation of the poet and slammer David Goudreault and the testimonies of Steve Veilleux (CAIN), Safia Nolin and Laurence Jalbert.

MENTAL HEALTH: ONE NOTE AT A TIME

It happens to not everyone to feel good. To all of us, as to those we love to hear singing. Despite our applause and all the love we give them, there are artists who suffer in silence. Who no longer find any light when the projectors go out. Safia Nolin, Laurence Jalbert and Steve Veilleux from the Kaïn group have chosen to tell us their story, their dark times. With David Goudreault, who himself fights his anxiety and his addictions, we find solutions to mental health issues, in the music industry as well as in our homes.

The documentary will also be available on Crave and Noovo.ca.

Crave offers the Mental Health collection for the occasion in support of Bell Let’s Talk Day. Until January 31, see:
