A 33-year-old in Öllingen was completely unreasonable on Saturday night.
Around 12:25 a.m., neighbors reported for the first time that the peace was disturbed by excessively loud music on Taubenstraße in Öllingen. A patrol from the Ulm-Mitte police station spoke to the 33-year-old, who had been celebrating alone in his apartment. The man only understood for a moment. As the officers were about to leave, he followed them down the stairwell and in turn complained about police interference at his one-man party. He then wanted to make a photographic documentation for his lawyer. To this end, he tried to take photos of the police officers, which he was forbidden to do. He was instructed to go back to his apartment and respect the neighbors’ night’s rest. Shortly after 1:00 a.m. it was time again. The neighbors reported that the man would now even stand in front of their door and bang on it to clarify the matter. When the officers again warned the 33-year-old, who had meanwhile returned to his apartment without having done anything, to be calm, he was completely unreasonable and was aggressive towards them. He also wanted to go to the neighbors again. To avoid an escalation, the police officers took the man into custody. With a blood alcohol level well above 2, he was then allowed to spend the rest of the night in the cell and without music. Of course he has to bear the bill himself.
