Oh Yeon-soo Diet: Why Losing Facial Fat Matters

Actress Oh Yeon-soo Reveals⁤ She Stopped Strict Dieting Due to FacialFat Loss

SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA – Actress Oh Yeon-soo recently shared the reason she abandoned rigorous dieting: losing facial volume. The revelation came during a recent upload to her YouTube channel, titled “Eat whatever you want! ⁢Vlog about working properly when working.”

In the video, ⁣Oh Yeon-soo demonstrated her pre-filming meal‍ – a light ⁣salad – ⁢explaining, “When I’m filming, I eat lightly like this. ⁤In the past, I dieted hard a few days before filming, but I don’t do that anymore.”

She ‍stated she’s avoided extreme diets for several years, explaining,”Because when I diet,I lose a lot of facial fat,” adn adding,”Nowadays, they make ⁣it pretty in post-production,so I gave up on the stomach and chose the face.”

Experts explain⁤ that facial fat loss during dieting is a common concern, especially wiht rapid weight loss. This occurs because skin elasticity struggles to adjust to the rate ⁢of fat depletion, potentially ⁤accelerating visible signs of ‍aging⁤ and deepening facial wrinkles. The face possesses a⁢ higher concentration of beta receptors, which promote fat breakdown, and extreme dieting can also diminish facial muscle and ligament elasticity, leading to a sunken appearance.

To‌ mitigate aging effects while managing weight, health professionals recommend avoiding overly⁤ aspiring diet plans – such as aiming to lose 5 kg in⁢ a month – and instead focusing on a more gradual approach of ‌2 to 3 kg. Maintaining consistent exercise ‌is also crucial; abruptly‍ halting intense workouts or failing⁤ to incorporate low-intensity activity can actually increase aging. ⁢intense exercise creates an oxygen debt, and a sudden stop⁣ can lead to the production of damaging free radicals. Slow walking or stretching post-workout⁢ is advised.

A ‍balanced ⁢diet rich in vitamins ‍and fiber from fruits‍ and vegetables is essential for skin ⁣health. Drastically reducing food intake can lead to nutritional deficiencies, dull skin, muscle loss, decreased skin elasticity, and ‍increased inflammation.
