CONSIDERING:
This law n. 17,741 (until 2001) and its amendments entrust the promotion and regulation of the cinematographic activity in the territory of the Argentine Republic and of the national cinematographic activity abroad to the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL ARTS.
Likewise, that Law no. 17.741 (of 2001) and its modifications, establishes in article 5 that the Advisory Council will have the function, among other things, of “… appointing commissions for the qualification of projects that aspire to obtain the recognition benefits of this law , which will be integrated with personalities from the culture, cinematography and audiovisual arts”.
Which, with the INCAA Resolution n. 1477-E/2017, the Evaluation Committee of Documentary Projects and the Committee of Finished Documentary Films were created, pursuant to articles 16 and 17 respectively of its Annex I.
That the first of them will be composed of FIVE (5) documentary members, while the second will be composed of THREE (3) documentary members.
That with the INCAA Resolution n. 1/2017 and its amendments, the Evaluation Committee of Fiction and Animation Projects, the Classification Committee of Finished Films and the Appeal Committee of Finished Films were created, in accordance with Articles 21, 36 and 37 respectively of the its Annex I.
That according to the law n. IF-2022-06040451-APN-GG#INCAA dated December 13, 2021 issued by the Advisory Council and incorporated into these proceedings, the following appointments of members of the Committees listed below should be made: Committee 36: Mariel BOMCZUK (DNI 23.015.975) , Marcelo BURD (DNI 16.940.969), Tomás LIGPOT (DNI 27.004.101), Teresa SAPORITTI (DNI 27.635.851), Mercedes ARIAS (DNI 31.728.470); Substitutes: Nicolás AVRUJ (DNI 24.628.909), Miguel KOHAN (DNI 13.411.677), Committee 37: Paula ASPRELLA (DNI 31.073.584), Carlos VERA DE SOUZA (DNI 17.744.986), Ana ATIENZA (DNI 29.060.419 ), Gustavo ALONSO (DNI 20.518), Andrea TESTA (DN 33.259.701); Substitutes: Néstor FRENKEL (DNI 18.522.472), Marcelo Fabián PÉREZ (DNI 17.251.836), Commission 13: Nicolás HERZOG (DNI 26.719.875) – ADDRESS – NEA REGION; Sofía TORO POLLICINO (DNI 31.449.679) – PRODUCTION – CUYO REGION; JUAN Manuel RODRÍGUEZ SCHMIDT (DNI 27.010.932) – COPY -, Laura Amelia INSUA (DNI 21.991.732) – AAA-; Ana Carolina VERGARA (DNI 25.080.727) – SICA -; and Committee 14: Rodolfo DURAN (DNI 13.565.811) – MANAGEMENT -; Juan ASTIE (DNI 18.447.360) – PRODUCTION – REGION OF CUYO; Fabio JUNCO (DNI 21.108.836) – COPY -; Susana VARELA (DNI 11.173.637) – AAA -; Leticia TAPIA (DNI 23.350.490) – SICA -.
That the members designated herein will cease their duties after THREE (3) months in the case of digital documentaries and SIX (6) months in the case of Average Audience counted from the date of acceptance of the position.
That all the nominated members meet the eligibility requirements set by INCAA Resolutions n. 1/2017 and its amendments, and n. 1477-E/2017.
That the AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION PROMOTION DIRECTORATE, the GENERAL DIRECTORATE and the LEGAL AFFAIRS DIRECTORATE have assumed the intervention within their competence.
That the power to issue this resolution derives from articles 2 and 3 of law no. 17,741 (up to 2001) and its amendments, and by decrees no. 1536/2002, no.

ARTICLE 1.- Appoint the EVALUATION COMMITTEE OF DOCUMENTARY PROJECTS No. 36, which will be composed of: Mariel BOMCZUK (DNI 23.015.975), Marcelo BURD (DNI 16.940.969), Tomás LIGPOT (DNI 27.004.101), Teresa SAPORITTI (DNI 27.635.851), Mercedes ARIAS (DNI 31.728.470); Substitutes: Nicolás AVRUJ (DNI 24.628.909), Miguel KOHAN (DNI 13.411.677).
ARTICLE 2.- Appoint the EVALUATION COMMITTEE OF DOCUMENTARY PROJECTS N. 37, which will be composed of: Paula ASPRELLA (DNI 31.073.584), Carlos VERA DE SOUZA (DNI 17.744.986), Ana ATIENZA (DNI 29.060.419) , Gustavo ALONSO (DNI 20.518.965), Andrea TESTA (DN 33.259.701); Substitutes: Néstor FRENKEL (DNI 18.522.472), Marcelo Fabián PÉREZ (DNI 17.251.836).

ARTICLE 5.- Establish that the members designated in articles 1 and 2 of this deed cease their functions after THREE (3) months from the date of acceptance of the assignment, carrying out technical consultancy functions, without a relationship of dependence with the Institute .
ARTICLE 6.- Establish that the members designated in articles 3 and 4 of this deed will cease their functions after SIX (6) months from the date of acceptance of the assignment, carrying out technical consultancy functions, without a relationship of dependence with the Institute .
ARTICLE 7.- Register, notify the interested parties, publish it, deliver it to the NATIONAL DIRECTORATE OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTER and deposit it promptly.
