Officer gets punched in the face on arrest | Inland

The man had made a false report to the police that someone had been hit on the Stationsplein. Because the man was clearly under the influence of alcohol, and also made a false report earlier that evening, officers asked for his ID.

He did not want to give that and argued with the officers. This resulted in a struggle in which a cop was punched in the face. A report of assault has been filed against the man. The officer was not seriously injured.
