In front of an older friend, an Odessa citizen hit a passer-by and took his smartphone away from him. The friend accepted the stolen as a gift.

A resident of Odessa, in front of his friend, robbed a passer-by, taking away his mobile phone, and immediately presented him with a gadget. Friends face three to six years in prison. About it informs press service of the Odessa police.

The crime took place on the Lustdorf road. An 18-year-old Odessa citizen, in front of his 34-year-old friend, unexpectedly kicked a passer-by in the chest and took away his smartphone.

The phone was presented as a gift to a crime watcher. And he later donated the stolen gadget to his brother.

Law enforcers announced suspicions to the attackers: the youngest under Part 2 of Article 186 (Robbery), and the elder – part 1 of Article 396 (Concealment of a crime) and Article 198 (Acquisition, receipt, storage or sale of property obtained in a criminal way) of the Criminal Code Ukraine.

For the deed, one faces up to six years in prison, and the second – up to three.

Recall that in Odessa a man tried to steal the flag of Ukraine… The man explained that he had stolen the flag in order to hang it in the dining room for other people, also without a roof over their heads. And the man decided to pick up the banner, because “he is very handsome.”

We add, in Odessa, passengers of the minibus lynched… They beat a man who was traveling with them, allegedly for an aggressive attitude towards a woman.
