The Russians began to intimidate residents with executions

Fedorov said that in four months in Melitopol alone, the Russians kidnapped more than 500 people.

In the occupied part of the Zaporozhye region, the invaders threaten the inhabitants with the death penalty. This was stated by the mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov, writes Ukrinform.

According to him, a new wave of kidnappings has begun in the region. So, a few days ago, during a service, one of the local shepherds was kidnapped in the central square of the city, and it is not known where he is. Several activists were also kidnapped.

As Fedorov noted, in four months in Melitopol alone, the Russians kidnapped more than 500 people.

“Local gauleiters on the central channels of Russian propaganda made statements that they propose to introduce the death penalty in the temporarily occupied territories … In four months they kidnapped more than 500 people in Melitopol alone, but resistance is growing. Therefore, they want to move on to the next stage – to the death penalty. They want to do it publicly in order to intimidate our people further. These are not just rumors. This is what the Gauleiters are talking about in the central media of the Russian Federation,” the mayor of Melitopol said.

Recall that the RF occupied 60% of the Zaporozhye region.

It was also reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Zaporozhye moved the front line.
