Occasional band The Streamers gives King’s Day concert at Paleis Noordeinde | NOW

The Streamers, an occasional band created during the corona crisis with Guus Meeuwis, Typhoon and Maan, among others, will give its second concert on King’s Day (27 April). The show, which takes place on the grounds of Paleis Noordeinde in The Hague, can be followed free of charge and is offered by King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima.

From 8 p.m., the whole of the Netherlands can follow The Streamers concert via a live stream. “In this way, the royal couple and The Streamers want to treat the Netherlands to a festive closing of King’s Day 2021”, the Government Information Service announced on Friday.

In addition to the aforementioned artists, Rolf Sanchez, Kraantje Pappie, Suzan & Freek, VanVelzen, Davina Michelle, Paul de Munnik, Thomas Acda, Diggy Dex, Nick & Simon, Danny Vera, Miss Montreal and Paul de Leeuw are also part of The Streamers. . Band manager Frank Lammers is also present.

The group’s first concert, held on March 20, was streamed through over 400,000 devices. Organizers estimate that with about 2.9 people per household, a total of 1.2 million people watched the show.
