Obi annoys a cycling customer enormously. The hardware store then found itself exposed to severe criticism on Twitter.
Feuerbach – The DIY chain Obi pissed off a customer. According to his own statements, he has already had dialogues with the group about “the ranking of cycling customers” several times. But apparently without success. He does not feel welcome in the markets as there are no accessible bike racks in front of the shop.
Obi outraged cycling customers – sharp criticism on Twitter
He is now making this clear in a recent Twitter post with a photo. It can be clearly seen that there is a bent, small bicycle stand next to construction barriers in a corner in front of an Obi branch in Feuerbach. There are paving stones in front of it, so you can’t attach a bike to them.
I have already had some dialogues about the ranking of cycling customers #Obi led – but obviously means it seriously with “piss off and order on the Internet”. #Feuerbach #Biking everyday # No place for people pic.twitter.com/9tBZ2Wx27h

Obi customer complains on Twitter about inaccessible bike racks: “Fuck off and order online”
He now criticizes this handling of Obi with sharp words in his tweet and writes: “Obviously you mean it here with ‘piss off and order on the Internet’.” Apparently the Twitter user is not alone with his opinion. After all, the tweet was liked over 120 times and shared eight times within one day. Obi himself has not yet responded publicly to the allegations. The DIY group also annoyed suppliers enormously during the Corona crisis.
