The Gym Confrontation
The incident occurred on Good Friday. The woman stated that Radimak threatened her after she walked past a piece of equipment he was using. I walked past the machine he was using and he came up behind me and saeid, ‘Hey do me a favor. Don’t ever — walk past my machine when I’m using it again,’
she recounted.

Shocked by the unprovoked aggression, the woman stood her ground.I’m not one to be spoken to like that, so I just said, ‘Don’t talk to me like that.’ And then he said, ‘You wanna try me —? I’ll sock you right in your — face,’
she said.
she then began recording the encounter on her phone. As the tension escalated, Radimak allegedly took a swing at her, alarming other gym patrons. She reported that he narrowly missed striking her. It happened so quick. I saw him getting close to me so I was automatically, I guess in defense mode,
she explained.

Following the incident, the woman used a screenshot from her video to conduct an image search. The search results identified the man as Nathaniel Radimak, who had previously been convicted in Southern California for a series of road-rage attacks. Martinez added.
Radimak appeared in court on Monday on unrelated traffic charges.Following this appearance, he was charged with three felony offenses related to the May 7 attack: first-degree unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle and two counts of third-degree assault.
Victim’s Plea for Justice
The woman who encountered Radimak at Planet Fitness expressed her hope that he would remain incarcerated. I wanted him to be caught and I did not want him to hurt another woman because I knew it was just a matter of time if no one did anything, he was going to do it again,
