NEW YORK — New York City Police are searching for two suspects who grabbed a woman by the neck and dragged her to a nearby Manhattan building, where a doorman helped her, according to authorities.
The 24-year-old woman was near Madison Avenue y East 75th Street mid-afternoon Sunday when two strangers approached her, police added. They grabbed her head and pulled her hair, forcing her to the ground while they grabbed her phone. The robbers tried to take more from her, police said, but she requested the bouncer’s help.
Police released surveillance footage of the suspects fleeing (above).
The victim refused medical attention at the scene.
