NTV will remove the Russian adaptation of the Street Justice series from Israel, the film distribution newsletter reports. The Street Justice series tells the story of a not-so-pleasant police officer who often puts himself above the law and administers justice in his own way.
Although the series was released on Channel 10 back in 2011, but it instantly managed to gain popularity both among critics and ordinary viewers, and the publication TV Guide even called the project “The Best Israeli Police Drama in History.”
In the Russian version of the project, the main character will be captain Artem Severov, who is cracking down on criminals in spite of the law. But the harsh nature brings him only problems at work, as well as in his personal life.
The exact release date of the Street Justice project is still unknown.
