NTS expanded its headquarters | INDUSTRIAL MAGAZINE

The new NTS headquarters with a direct connection to the existing building has an area of almost 1,500 square meters and is ready to move in as soon as the relaxation of the corona measures allows.

The new building created an inner courtyard for NTS with space for bikes, trees and sufficient visitor parking spaces. Four floors, 82 modern workplaces, a sophisticated air conditioning and lighting concept and many flexible meeting rooms are waiting to be settled. The merging of the meeting rooms on the fourth floor and the terrace can be used to create a spacious seminar and event area.

“We not only supply companies with technological solutions, but also support people in their work, their passions, their successes and also in coping with their worries. Our expanded NTS headquarters reflects exactly that, namely a modern ambience in a perfectly connected high-tech zone, paired with relaxation and relaxation areas, ”says Alexander Albler, CEO of NTS.

Seminar rooms with the latest Cisco components such as the Cisco video conference system – in connection with a Bose sound system and Sennheiser ceiling microphones – as well as the connection to the KNX bus system within the building automation for controlling the light and sun protection are also included the Cisco Room Navigator (RoomDisplay in front of every meeting room) and of course WiFi throughout the building and outside. Above all, the collaboration solutions are particularly important, as NTS operates across 15 regional locations and relies on flexible work (shared desk & home office), thus guaranteeing optimal collaboration over a distance. When it comes to energy procurement, the company is also using the most modern methods and, among other things, relies on an intelligent sun protection system, heating with district heating and three of its own e-filling stations.

Albler gives a perspective for 2021: “We are expanding our headquarters in Graz and the locations in Germany will also be further developed this year. Due to our growth, we need more space and are still looking for skilled workers. Although there is obviously a lot going on in the home office at the moment, we attach great importance to the fact that our employees also feel comfortable in the office. “
