Nscale to Deploy Major AI Infrastructure in the UK with Support from Microsoft,NVIDIA & OpenAI
[City,Date] – Nscale today announced a significant investment in UK AI infrastructure,partnering with Microsoft,NVIDIA,and OpenAI to deliver cutting-edge compute power for AI development and deployment. The initiative includes the establishment of a new AI Growth Zone in the North East of England and the deployment of up to 58,640 NVIDIA GPUs across the country, forming part of Nscale’s broader global plan to deploy 300,000 GPUs.
A key component of the investment is the deployment of 4,600 NVIDIA GB300 GPUs in partnership with NVIDIA DGX™ Cloud, including support for the DGX Lepton Marketplace, designed to empower AI developers nationwide. The project will also see the creation of the UK’s largest supercomputer, powered by over 23,000 gpus.
