All of Europe except the Nordic countries is now marked as a red level of infection. Norway is white on this map since it is about travel to and from Norway. The gray countries do not have enough data about the spread of infection to the Norwegian authorities to assess and you must be quarantined from these countries.

Some of those who react strongly to lack of help are the tourism industry.
– When the whole world is colored red, and the authorities have placed restrictions on how many can be gathered, one can not talk about a market, says Ivar Horneland Kristensen, CEO of Virke, the trade and service industry’s main organization.
He wants more measures and help.
– Now we must put in place measures that hit, and it is obvious that the compensation scheme must be powerful enough and hit the industries that are largely shut down until January next year, Kristensen says.
Tightens into Europe
It’s the same picture throughout Europe, where everyone is now tightening up.
Several German states and cities are introducing new measures to slow the spread of the coronavirus after 2,828 new cases of infection were registered in one day.
In Paris, all the bars have been ordered to close. President Emanuelle Macron says it is relevant to introduce new and stricter measures in several places in the country.
Madrid and several other Spanish cities are closed. The inhabitants are only allowed to leave them in very special cases.
Closes pubs and bars
In Italy, the infection is relatively low, but the authorities have still issued a decree requiring bandages everywhere outdoors. Those who go without risk a fine of around 10,000 Norwegian kroner.
The Czech government has declared a state of emergency and imposed strict restrictions on the number of people who can attend social gatherings, both indoors and outdoors.
While in the Belgian capital Brussels have chosen to close bars, clubs and cafes for a month and in Glasgow and Edinburgh, all pubs must close their doors from tomorrow. Elsewhere in Scotland, eateries must finish serving at 6pm.
The hospital districts of North Karelia and Vaasa in Finland will also be discouraged in the new travel councils.
