The tennis star stepped off the plane with two bags and wearing a mask, after landing at Dubai International Airport at 5:32 am local time.

The world number one was supposed to be the main man on opening night Australian Open today, but the court rejected his appeal to remain in “Kangaroo Land”.

News agency reported AFP, Chief Justice of the Australian Federal Court James Allsop on Sunday (16/1/2022) rejected Novak Djokovic’s attempt, who has not been fully vaccinated, to return his revoked visa.

Australian Immigration Minister Alex Hawke said Djokovic’s stance could inspire anti-vaccine sentiment, lead some to face the pandemic without vaccination and inspire anti-vaxxer activists to protest.

Novak Djokivic’s legal team described Australia’s attempts to deport him as irrational and unreasonable.

His lawyer, Nick Wood, systematically tries to dismantle the government’s main arguments.

Although Novak Djokovic has not been fully vaccinated, Wood insists his client is not seeking anti-vaxxer support and is not associated with the movement.
