Rumors have been around for a while. Game files have now been found that provide more precise information about the new means of transport.
The start of Season 3 in Chapter 2 of “Fortnite” turned things upside down – or rather under water. Large parts of the island are now completely submerged and players can only swim over it. Only sharks that can be drawn are used as a means of transportation – provided you have a fishing rod and some practice.
However, according to leaks and some rumors, the water will run off during the season and release the places below. When that will happen is still unclear. What is certain, however, is that a number of sunken cars should appear, which can then be driven. With this, “Fortnite” developer Epic Games is reacting to the fact that gamers have long been calling for more options to get from A to B. A total of four different vehicles should be available: a small, a medium and a large car as well as a truck.
Drive while the tank is full
Each match should spawn between one and ten vehicles with a tank that is 40 to 100 percent full. How long you can use the vehicles depends on the remaining fuel. If you are shot, for example, the tank will run out. If you use a boost, much more fuel is also used. This could then be refilled either at the petrol stations or with the canisters that appeared in the game files a few months ago.
