KOMPAS.com- Mediation of disputes regarding land established by permanent buildings in Widodaren Village, Petarukan District, Pemalang, Saturday (13/2/2021) have not found common ground.
However, a number of things were revealed from the mediation.
Among other things, related to a request for compensation of Rp. 150 million to knock down the wall.
Launch Central Java Tribune, the family owner of the land that was built with the wall, Sukendro, was disappointed by the residents’ statements linking this matter to the Pilkades.
The landowner’s family also demanded an apology.

Ask for compensation of IDR 150 million
The land that was erected by the wall belongs to a resident named Sukendro.
Sukendro is now willing to dismantle the wall with a compensation of Rp. 150 million.
“I only gave 1×25 square meters, but with the provision that compensation for building and immaterial land was Rp. 150 million. But the bid was Rp. 16 million,” said Sukendro at Petarukan Police Headquarters, Saturday (13/3/2021).
After the mediation, the son of the land owner named Susatyo Andrianto did not accept that their land was called a road access.
“It is not a village road, it is our private land. The land is certified under the name of Mindarwati, my mother,” said Andrianto, as quoted by Antara. Central Java Tribune.
Andrianto said, there was no connection between the construction of the wall and the defeat of the Pilkades.
“Indeed, I nominated him on December 27, but the construction was carried out in February and there was an IMB. The police also knew about it. Just one year ago it was linked with the Pilkades, what else was reported, frankly we did not accept it,” he explained.

Because they have not found a common ground, Kapolsek Petarukan AKP Heru Irawan will again arrange a schedule to mediate between the two parties.
“We will conduct another mediation in the next few days,” said Heru.
