The North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper, issued an update on the main problems that the ice storm is causing over the state.
The winter storm let 8 to 12 inches of snow in some counties, which also deal with intermittent power outages. 41,000 homes and businesses are without power, due to fallen trees and harsh weather conditions.
