The weather is nice, it’s hot and many of you will no doubt be spending the next few days on a deckchair, at the beach or even at the bottom of the garden. But for others, it’s Netflix that will be running at full speed throughout the weekend. And precisely, if you don’t know what to watch, then you are without a doubt in the best possible place.

This is probably the big release of the week. Dunkirk has just hit Netflix and something tells me it will have no trouble making it to the top of the charts.
Directed by Christopher Nolan, Dunkirk takes place in May 1940 and the film tells the evacuation of the Allied troops assigned to the city of the same name. All with a unique atmosphere and an extremely polished and modern aesthetic. A monument of cinema impossible to ignore.
Another release, that of Juste la Fin du Monde, a film by Xavier Dolan which has several emblematic figures of French cinema in its cast. Like Gaspard Ulliel, Nathalie Baye or Léa Seydoux.
The story focuses on a writer who will return to his native village after 12 years of absence and announce to his family that he will soon die. And inevitably, this impromptu return will awaken old family quarrels, the kind of quarrels that are difficult to overcome or even to ignore.
Food is life. In the literal sense of the word. But filling up your stomach is no longer enough. Our palets are more and more delicate and many of us are constantly looking for new flavors.
If this is your case, then you will no doubt be happy to hear that the first season of Street Food Latin America is available on Netflix. And as the name suggests quite well, this show focuses on South America’s greatest chefs. The opportunity to discover new dishes, but also and above all new cultures.
In the 1970s, no less than five mafia families ruled New York City. Until a group of federal agents decide to intervene to put them behind bars.
This mini-series tells their story, and it will therefore be an opportunity to immerse yourself in a very special era … and which has been the subject of a lot of films in recent years.

Little known, An Offering to the Storm is actually the third installment of the Baztan trilogy. The film therefore follows the adventures of Amaia who will be led to investigate the murder of several children who have been the subject of dark rituals.
Note that the film is of Spanish origin and it will of course be preferable to watch it in their original version. Note, this also applies to films of other nationalities.
Because we all need a romantic comedy from time to time, Netflix has bought the rights to broadcast The Kissing Booth 2.
The story of this film for teens follows the adventures of Elle, a student who has trouble getting used to university life and who will have to learn to juggle her long-distance relationship with her boyfriend and the crush that ‘she got for a new student.
This is news that should appeal to a lot of people. The second season of How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast) has been available on Netflix for a few days.
The story has not really changed and the series follows the adventures of Moritz and Lenny, two geeks who will launch a site to sell drugs online … and who will meet with tremendous success. Enough in any case so that they are totally overwhelmed.

And we end with the third season of Norsemen, a new series that focuses on the history of the men of the north.
On the program, betrayals, bloody battles and a touch of love. If you’re done with Vikings and the Adventures of Uhtred, then this series might grab your attention.
