HMD introduces a Nokia C1 Plus smartphone. That device will be released in December for 69 euros and will include 4G support. A regular C1 smartphone appeared earlier, which only supported 3G connectivity.

The smartphone also gets a removable 2500mAh battery, which is charged via Micro USB. The device also has 1GB of DDR3 memory and 16GB of storage capacity. HMD mentions a quad-core soc with a clock speed of 1.4 GHz, but it is not known which chip that exactly is. The current C1 smartphone also had a quad-core processor, although that chip was clocked slightly lower. The smartphone gets a 3.5mm jack and comes with the Android 10 Go edition.

The device will be available later this month and will have a suggested retail price of 69 euros. The original C1 cost an equivalent of 53 euros upon release and was intended for the African market.
